The workshop is divided in four classes, two and a half hours each class. You will prepare original raw food recipes and they will answer your questions about benefits of this type of alimentation for our health and wellfare. Besides they are going to give strategies to help you to change your eating habits and your personal goals.

-Paulina Bentjerodt. Psychologist. She imparts self-caring and life quality workshops in companies, hospitals and schools, promoting healhty life habits.
